On the “CyberAgent” e-learning platform, you can independently and for free deepen your cybersecurity knowledge – choose relevant modules or individual microlearning topics and learn at your own pace. Organizational cybersecurity depends not only on technology but also on people's ability to recognize threats and respond to them appropriately. To help business and educational organizations strengthen their resilience to digital threats, we invite you to use the e-learning platform of the international “CyberAgent” project. Higher education students and lecturers, vocational training community members, and employees of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can improve their cybersecurity knowledge and skills for free on the platform. The training material is available in English, Lithuanian, Finnish, Norwegian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Romanian, and Polish at: platform.cyberagents.eu.
Why should you join and learn?
- All training materials and educational resources on the platform are provided free of charge.
- You can choose one or more of the eight main training modules and the learning level.
- You can learn independently, at your own pace.
- If you do not need a full module, you can create a customized learning path from selected microlearning topics.
- You can track your progress and check your acquired knowledge on the platform.
- Digital badges are awarded for achieved learning milestones.
- Upon successfully passing the final test of a chosen module, you can generate and download a platform certificate.
- To use the training modules, save your progress, and take tests, you just need to create a free personal account.
Training Program Topics and Modules
The learning content covers four main competency areas: technical, analytical, organizational, and risk management skills. You can choose from eight main cybersecurity modules, which are supplemented by a career opportunities topic:
- Security Program Management: Management of cybersecurity projects and resources, threats, security metrics, and quality assurance.
- Systems Administration: Basics of administering and securing operating systems, networks, cloud, and other information systems.
- Analytical Tools: Monitoring of systems and networks, vulnerability assessment, security data analysis, and utilization of threat intelligence information.
- Security Operations: Activities of security operations centers, specialist roles, security event monitoring, and response processes.
- Security Governance & Policy: Organizational security policy, privacy, legal and ethical requirements, compliance, and distribution of responsibilities.
- Cybersecurity Planning: Strategic security planning, data and access protection, system monitoring, and employee security awareness.
- Risk Management and Mitigation: Identification, assessment, analysis, and control of cyber risks, as well as impact mitigation measures.
- Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management & Personnel Security: Incident response, business continuity, recovery after disruptions, and personnel-related security issues.
- Empowering Careers: An additional platform topic introducing professional paths and career opportunities in the cybersecurity field.

Visit platform.cyberagents.eu, select “Create an account”, and fill out a short registration form. After logging into your profile, choose the module or individual learning topics that interest you and start learning.
