Lithuanian Municipal Public Libraries Association unites municipal public libraries in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania and represents them by helping to achieve the implementation of common goals and collaboration, to strengthen the image of public libraries, to engage population in digital learning and other formal and non-formal adult education programs.
